Pour chicken with cold water, bring it to boil, remove froth, salt, pepper and cook the chicken until done. Take the chicken out of the stock and cut into portion pieces.
Cut potatoes into cubes, put in the stock and cook for 10 minutes.
Shred onion and carrot, sautee in oil, add in the stock and cook for 10 minutes.
Put the chicken in the soup, bring it to boil.
When serving, season the soup with chopped greens.
