Products Needed:
1 1/3 lb. cauliflower 1 cup green peas, tinned 4 tbsp. cheese grated 1 tbsp. butter 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk salt to taste

Directions: Break cauliflower into florets, cook in salted water, cast in a colander.
Cook through peas.
Put prepared vegetables in greased mold.
Whisk eggs with milk, pour vegetables, season with cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes over 355°F.
When serving, top with greens.
