Products Needed:
2 1/2 cups rice 2/3 lb. chicken fillet 2 bulbs onion 2/9 lb. mushrooms 4 tomatoes 3 cups chicken stock 1 tbsp. olive oil black pepper ground, salt to taste

Directions: Cut onion into half-rings, slice tomatoes and mushrooms.
Cut fillet into cubes, salt, pepper and fry in oil until golden crust. Add prepared vegetables and fry a little. Then put rice, pour stock and stew until done. Stir prepared pilaf.
When serving, top with greens.
