Products Needed:
2/3 lb. green beans 1/2 cup rice 2 tomatoes 1 tbsp. spring onion chopped 2 tbsp. parsley greens chopped salt to taste

Directions: Cook beans and rice in salted water, cast in a colander. Mix with sliced cherry tomatoes, minced spring onion, parsley greens and cook through.
When serving, top with greens.
