2 1/2 cups canned green beans 2/9 lb. Brussels sprouts 2 tomatoes 2/9 lb. kohlrabi 2 tbsp. parsley greens chopped 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp. lovage chopped 1 bay leaf black pepper ground, salt to taste | Directions: Cut beans into slices, cut cabbage and tomatoes into segments, slice kohlrabi.
Mix vegetables, add greens, salt, pepper, pour with a dollop of water and simmer until done. At the end of cooking add lovage and bay leaf.
When serving, top with greens. |
