Products Needed:
7/8 lb. tinned kidney beans 2/9 lb. pumpkin 4 tomatoes, tinned 2/3 lb. boiled rice 2/5 lb. broccoli 2 tbsp. grated cheese 2 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp. carry black pepper ground, salt to taste

Directions: Cut pumpkin into cubes, fry in oil. Add tomatoes and stew for 5 minutes. Mix vegetables with beans, rice and broccoli, broken into small florets. Stew all for additional 5 minutes, then season with carry.
Put vegetable mass in greased mold, season with cheese and bake for 20 minutes over 390°F.
Serve the baking hot with tomato juice.
