1 1/2 cups green beans
2 eggs
salt to taste
Directions:

Cut bean pods into slices over 1 inch long, cook in salted water, then cast in a colander.

Put beans in greased mold, pour with whisked eggs and bake for 10 minutes over 390°F.

When serving, season with chopped greens.
