2 eggs
3 carrots
2/9 lb. broccoli
2/9 lb. canned corn
3 tbsp. chicken broth
1/2 cup fatless sour cream
1 tbsp. olive oil
black pepper ground, salt to taste
Directions:
Cut carrot into cubes, break broccoli into florets.

Fry carrot in oil, add stock, sour cream and stew for 10 minutes.

Mix with broccoli and corns, salt and pepper.

Put vegetables in greased mold, make the deepening.

Pour eggs carefully in the deepening and bake for 10 minutes over 390°F.

When serving, top with greens.
