Products Needed:
4 eggs 1/3 lb. mushrooms 6 tbsp. chutney 1 tbsp. butter black pepper ground, salt to taste

Directions: Slice mushrooms, fry in oil, salt and pepper and mix with chutney.
Put prepared mushrooms in greased mold, pour over eggs and bake until done over 355°F.
When serving, top with greens.
