Cut salami into circles, slice cheese.
Peel lemon, press the pulp.
Cut fish fillet into portion pieces, salt, pepper and pour with lemon juice. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Put prepared fish in greased mold and bake for 15-20 minutes over 355°F.
Take the fish fro the oven. Put salami circ le on each fish slice, scatter over cheese slices and two tomato circles. Fry the fish under the grill for 2 minutes.
When serving, top the fish with lemon zest and greens. Garnish with cooked rice.
