Products Needed:
1 1/3 lb. cod fillet
2 tomatoes
1 bulb onion
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. almonds
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar
black pepper ground, salt to taste
Directions:

Cut cod fillet into portion pieces.

Cut onion into half-rings, fry in oil, add sliced tomatoes and stew vegetables until done.

Mix almonds with lemon juice, sugar, salt, cumin and pepper.

Grease mold, put in the following layers: fish, onion, tomatoes, almond mixture and bake for 30 minutes over 390°F.

When serving, top the fish with greens. Garnish with baked vegetables.
