4/9 lb. scallops
2/9 lb. bacon
Marinade:
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Sauce:
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp. olive oil
black pepper ground, salt to taste
Directions:
Prepare marinade, mixing listed ingredients and pour the scallops.

Slice thinly bacon, make rolls.

Put scallops and bacon rolls on skewers.

Bake shashlik over the grill until done.

To make sauce, mix listed ingredients.

When serving, arrange shashlik on lettuce leaves and pour with the sauce.

Garnish with baked tomatoes.
