Products Needed:
2/3 lb. flesh beef
1 bulb onion
2/9 lb. field mushrooms
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. red wine
1 oz. cheese
1 cup cream
1 tsp. thyme
black pepper ground, salt to taste
Directions:

Cut beef into portion pieces, rub with thyme, salt and pepper, fry in butter until golden crust.

Cut onion into dices, fry in butter a little.

Slice mushrooms, sprinkle with lemon juice, mix with onion and fry for some minutes. Then pour wine and bring to boil.

Add grated cheese, cream, salt, pepper and stir up.

Serve the fillet with prepared sauce, garnish with simmered broccoli.

When serving, top with greens.
