Pour wheat grains with water and leave for 12 hours.
Cut pork into cubes, fry in oil.
Cut carrot and onion into dices, mix with pork. Add prepared wheat, pour stock and stew for 40-45 minutes.
Add corns, beans, peas, marjoram, thyme, salt, pepper and cook through.
When serving, put the pork with vegetables on a platter and top with greens.
