Salt and pepper turkey fillet.
Pound black peppercorns and juniper, rub the meat.
Fry prepared fillet in oil.
Chop onion and spring onion, fry with the fillet. Add sliced mushrooms, fry for additional some minutes. Then pour cream, salt, pepper and bring the sauce to boil.
When serving, put turkey fillet with the sauce on a platter. Garnish with cooked asparagus.
