4 peaches
1 cup champagne
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 egg whites
Directions:
Mince peaches until puree, pour with champagne, add powdered sugar and stir up.

Freeze the mixture for 3 hours, stirring from time to time.

Whisk whites until puff froth, mix with fruit mass.

Freeze the mixture for additional 2 hours, stirring 3 times.

When serving, arrange the sorbet on a platter and top with strawberries.
