Products Needed:
2/7 lb. cottage cheese 3 tbsp. condensed milk 1/2 cup raspberries 2 tbsp. olive oil 2 tbsp. wheat flour 1/2 cup walnuts 1/2 cup pitted raisins salt to taste

Directions: Mix cottage cheese with sweetened condensed milk and oil until homogeneous.
Add flour, salt, hips, chopped nuts, raisins and stir up.
Shape fritters of prepared mass and put on the baking sheet, covered with parchment.
Before serving, cool the fritters for 2 hours.
