4 bananas
1 cup wheat flour
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. sunflower-seed oil
nutmeg to taste
Directions:

Mash bananas, mix with eggs, milk and sugar, add flour and knead the dough.

Bake pancakes.

When serving, season with nutmeg.
