2 slices rye bread
2 oz. sprat
1 tsp. grated garlic
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions:
Put fish on bread slices, season with garlic and pour with mayonnaise. Bake for 5 minutes over 355°F.
When serving, top the sandwiches with greens.
