Products Needed:
4 slices bread
3/4 cup beer
2/7 lb. Parmesan
4 slices ham
2 tbsp. butter
black pepper ground, salt to taste
Directions:

Fry bread in butter, cool.

Bring beer to boil, add grated coarsely cheese, salt, pepper and cook over law heat until cheese melts.

Fry ham slices in butter, put on the bread, scatter cheese mass over.

Bake for 5 minutes over 355°F.

Serve the sandwiches hot, topping with greens.
