Products Needed:
4 slices white bread
4 tbsp. beer
3 tbsp. grated cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. mustard
1 egg yolk
red pepper, ground to taste
Directions:

Melt butter, add cheese, beer, pepper, mustard and stir up. Add whisked yolk, cook through.

Brush bread slices with prepared mass and bake for 5 minutes.

Serve the toasts hot, topping with gherkins and greens.
