Products Needed:
4/9 lb. boiled macaroni
1 head of cauliflower
4/9 lb. ham
1 boiled carrot
1 celery root
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
salt to taste
Directions:

Cut macaroni into parts.

Break cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water.

Cut ham, carrot and celery into cubes.

Mix prepared ingredients, dress with mayonnaise and stir.

When serving, top the salad with greens.
