2/9 lb. sheer shrimps 1/2 cup boiled rice 3 tbsp. green peas, tinned 1 boiled egg 4 tbsp. mayonnaise black pepper ground, salt to taste | Directions: Cut shrimps into cubes, mix with rice, peas and chopped eggs. Salt and pepper the salad, dress with mayonnaise.
When serving, top with greens. |
