Products Needed:
2 oz. herring fillet 1/3 lb. flesh boiled beef 2 boiled potatoes 2 pickled cucumbers 1 boiled egg 1 oz. horseradish root 3 tbsp. sour cream

Directions: Cut herring fillet, beef, potatoes, cucumbers and egg into cubes, grate horseradish root.
Mix prepared ingredients and dress with sour cream.
When serving, top the salad with greens.
