½ lb (200 g) hot smoked fish fillet
4 potatoes
2 tufts dill greens
1 cucumber
1/3 lb (150 g) plain yoghurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions:
Boil the potatoes in jackets, peel and dice.

Chop the dill greens, slice the cucumber.

Slice the fillet.

To prepare the sauce combine the yoghurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, vegetable oil and dill.

Combine the prepared ingredients, toss in the sauce and leave to stand for a while.
