2 1/2 cups beer
10 crayfishes
2 tsp. salt
Directions:

Bring beer to boil, salt, put crayfishes and cook for 7-10 minutes. Remove from the heat, leave for 10-15 minutes.

When serving, arrange the crayfishes on a platter, pour with the broth and top with greens.
