Products Needed:
4/9 lb. cheese
2 tomatoes
2 tbsp. grated garlic
2 cups vegetable oil
Dough:
1 cup wheat flour
1 1/2 cups lager beer
2 eggs
black pepper ground, salt to taste
Directions:

Cut cheese and tomatoes into thin slices.

Put one tomato slice on one cheese slice, season with garlic, salt, pepper, cover with other cheese slice and stick with wooden pick.

Combine flour with beer and eggs, salt and stir until homogeneous.

Dip prepared cheese in the batter and fry in oil until golden crust.

Serve the starter hot, topping with greens.
