4 cups beer
4 tbsp. sour cream
4 yolks
4 tbsp. grated cheese
2 slices rye bread
2 tbsp. sugar
Directions:
Cream sour cream with sugar and yolks, add a spoon of beer and whisk.

Cut off bread crusts, chop, mix with beer, bring the mixture to boil, cool a little.

Pour sour cream mixture in the soup by a thin steam, cook through over law heat. Dry bread slices.

When serving, put a one spoon of grated cheese on each plate, then put toasts and pour with the soup.
