Products Needed:
2 cups lager beer 6 tbsp. raisins 1/2 lemon 2 slices rye bread 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon ground

Directions: Pour raisins with beer and leave for 2 hours.
Peel lemon, cut the pulp into cubes.
Mix beer with cinnamon, sugar and lemon, bring to boil, then cool.
Cut bread into cubes, dry in oven.
Serve the soup cold, seasoning with crackers.
