Cut salmon into large cubes, sprinkle with a half of lemon juice, salt, pepper, leave for 15 minutes, then fry in butter.
Cut peeled apple into cubes, cut banana into circles, sprinkle the fruits with the remaining lemon juice.
Cut onion into dices, sautee in butter, season with carry, add apple, banana and fry for 3 minutes. Then pour beer and stock, bring the mixture to boil.
Pour prepared salmon with the sauce and stew for 10 minutes.
Sautee flour, mix with cream, add to the fish and stew for additional 5 minutes.
When serving, put the fish with the sauce on a platter, top with greens. Garnish with cooked broccoli.
