1 1/3 lb. sprat fillet
6 potatoes
1 bulb onion
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup grated cheese
salt to taste
Directions:
Cut potatoes into thin slices, chop onion.

Put potatoes, onion and fish by layers in grease mold.

Whisk eggs with milk, salt.

Pour the fish with vegetables with prepared mixture, season with cheese.

Bake for 40 minutes over 390°F.

When serving, top the baking with greens.
