Cut potatoes and turnips into circles and fry in butter.
Bring sour cream to boil, add sautéed flour and cook for 5 minutes.
Put turnips circles in greased mold, then scatter over shrimps and potato circles, salt and pepper. Pour with sour cream sauce, season with cheese and bake for 5 minutes over 430°F.
When serving, top the baking with greens.
