Products Needed:
2/3 lb. sheer shrimps
2/9 lb. mushrooms
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. wheat flour
1 cup sour cream
4 tbsp. grated cheese
Directions:

Sautee flour, add sour cream and bring the mixture to boil.

Slice mushrooms, fry in butter.

Put shrimps and mushrooms in greased mold, pour with the sauce, season with grated cheese and bake for 5 minutes over 430°F.

When serving, garnish the baking with cooked rice and top with greens.
