Products Needed:
2 2/3 lb. flesh beef
2 cups dark beer
4 bulbs onion
7/8 lb. zucchinis
1 tbsp. grated garlic
2 oz. pitted black olives
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. wheat flour
6 tbsp. olive oil
black pepper ground, salt to taste
Directions:

Cut onion and turnips into cubes.

Cut beef into portion pieces, salt, pepper and fry in oil. Add onion, turnips, garlic, season with sugar and fry for 3 minutes.

Sautee flour, pour beer, cook the sauce for 10 minutes. Then add the beef, olives and stew until done.

Serve the dish with marinated vegetables, topping with greens.
