Products Needed:
2 2/3 lb. flesh beef 7/8 lb. plums 2 cups beer 6 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. sugar black pepper ground, salt to taste

Directions: Cut beef into portion pieces, salt, pepper, fry in oil until golden crust, then put in baking tray.
Cut prunes into circles, season with sugar inside and scatter over the meat. Pour the meat with beer, cover with foil and stew in oven for 2 hours over 390.
When serving, put prepared meat with prunes and the sauce on a platter. Top with greens and olives.
