С пивом и к пиву
1 1/9 lb. flesh brisket
2/3 lb. field mushrooms
1 bulb onion
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream
1 pinch salt
Directions:
Cut loin into cubes, shred onion, slice mushrooms.

Mix prepared ingredients, fry in oil, salt, add sour cream and stew until done.

When serving, put the loin with mushrooms and the sauce on a platter, season with chopped spring onion and top with greens.
