Products Needed:
4 chicken breasts 3 tbsp. raisins 1 cup dark beer 1 tsp. sugar 2/9 lb. smoked flesh brisket 1 bulb onion 2 tbsp. vegetable oil black pepper ground, salt to taste

Directions: Pour raisins with beer with sugar and leave for 1 hour.
Salt breasts, pepper, fry in oil. Arrange loin slices and onion circles around. Pour with beer and raisins, stew in oven over 430°F until done.
Serve with potatoes, seasoning with chopped greens.
