Cut chicken into portion pieces, fry in oil, pour with gin and burn.
Mix the grease from frying with beer, minced juniper berries, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Cut lard and onion into dices, fry, add to the beer.
Pour the chicken with prepared mixture, stew over law heat for 1 hour.
Slice mushrooms and add to the chicken.
When serving, put the chicken and the sauce on a platter, top with greens.
