Products Needed:
6 chicken fillets 1 cup lager beer 2 bulbs onion 1 tsp. oregano chopped black pepper ground, salt to taste

Directions: Cut fillet into cubes, salt, pepper, add oregano, sliced onion, pour with beer and marinate for 3 hours.
Put chicken pieces and onion slices on skewers, fry in grill until golden crust.
When serving, top the shashlik with greens.
