Products Needed:
2/3 lb. white bread
1 cup dark beer
3/4 cup milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups grated raisins
17 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. grated lemon zest
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:

Cut off bread crusts, mince the bread-crumb.

Mix milk with beer, powdered sugar, raisins, butter, zest, egg yolks and salt. Add bread-crumb, add whisked whites step by step and stir.

Put prepared dough in greased molds and bake for 40 minutes over 355°F.
