Products Needed:
2 cups beer
1/2 cup milk
1 cup wheat flour
3 eggs
1 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Filling:
4/9 lb. cottage cheese
3 tbsp. raisins
1 tbsp. sugar
salt to taste
Directions:

Mix eggs with sour cream and milk, add sugar, salt, pour 1 cup of beer and whisk until homogeneous. Then pour stirring flour, pour the remaining beer and stir up again.

Pour the batter on greased frying pan by thin layer and fry pancakes from one side.

Mash cottage cheese and mix with raisins, sugar and salt.

Put the stuffing on fried pancakes side, make the envelope and fry in oil.

When serving, pour pancakes with sour cream.
