6 slices French bread
60 canned mussel
2 tbsp butter
Filling:
4 oz processed cheese
4 oz butter
3 tsp adjika
1 tbsp mayonnaise
Directions:
Cut french bread into 24 circles and fry them in butter. Take mussels out of the infusion.

Whisk butter with cheese, mayonnaise and adjika.

Put processed cheese mass on toasts through the pastry bag, scatter over mussels, 2-3 – on each toast. Top the dish with sliced pepper, lemon and greens.
