1 lb squids 7 oz potato 3 oz pickled cucumbers 2 oz vegetable marrows 1-2 canned sweet peppers 2 eggs 1/2 lb canned carrot 1/2 lb green peas, tinned 1 cup mayonnaise salt, ground black pepper to taste | Directions: Shred boiled squids and sweet pepper. Slice thinly vegetable mallows, cooked potatoes, salted cucumbers and eggs.
Mix prepared ingredients, add carrot, green peas, dress all with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
When serving, season the salad with chopped greens. |
