Dough:
1 cup flour
3 oz butter
1 egg
salt to taste
Filling:
1/2 lb canned lobster flesh
1 head lettuce
2/3 cup mayonnaise
5 oz tomatoes
3 oz cucumber
black olives and capers, 8 each
4 anchovy
2 boiled eggs
Directions:
Chop butter with flour until crumbs, add an egg and salt. Knead the dough and refrigerate it for 2 hours.

Grease molds with butter, put the dough in and bake the baskets over 390°F until golden.

Cut thinly lobster flesh and lettuce, dress with mayonnaise.

Put the mass in baskets, put over tomato quarters, cucumber circles, capers, olives, anchovy fillet and egg cubes.
