10 crayfishes
1 oz carrot
1 oz parsley root
1 oz onion
1/2 tsp tarragon
1/2 tsp dill greens
1 bay leaf
2-3 allspices
salt to taste
Directions:
Pour crayfishes with hot water, add minced carrot, parsley, onion, tarragon, salt, bay leaf, allspice, dill and cook for 8-10 minutes.

Place prepared crayfishes on a platter, cover with a napkin or pour with hot broth.
