Clean crabs, mince the flesh and cook through in butter.
To prepare the sauce, dry flour, cool, dissolve with a part of warm milk and stir up. Then add the remaining milk, salt, sugar and cook for 10 minutes. Filter the sauce, bring to boil, add yolk, put prepared crabs and stir up.
Shape braid of the mass, cut into pieces, dip in egg, cover with breadcrumbs and deep-fry.
Then sprinkle the pieces with butter and cook through in oven for 4-5 minutes.
Put the crockets on a platter, top with green bunches and serve.
