Products Needed:
1 tbsp chopped onion
2 oz ham
5 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp breadcrubms
4 oz vegetable oil
1/2 tsp minced nutmeg
salt, black pepper, ground to taste
1/2 lb lobstermeat
Directions:

Fry onion in oil, add ham dices, flour, pour stirring milk.

Chop thinly lobster flesh, put it in the sauce and stew over very law heat, add salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Cool the mass, shape small balls, cover them with eggs, mixed with breadcrumbs and fry in oil until golden crusts.
