Boil rice in large amount of water, cast in a colander, bathe with warm water, put in greased mold, cover tightly with a lid and bake in oven.
Fry chopped onion, parsley root and minced garlic in oil, add chopped sweet pepper, stir up and fry for additional 5 minutes over law heat.
Mix flour with carry, add vegetables, lemon juice, a dollop of water and stew over law heat for 10 minutes, at the end of cooking salt and pepper.
Mix lobster flesh with crabs, put them in the sauce and stew for some minutes.
Take the rice baking out off the mold, place it on a platter, scatter over lobster and crabs, pour all with prepared sauce and top with greens.
