Products Needed:
10 mussels 1/2 lb shrimps 7 oz shelled snails 3 oz butter 1/2 cup white wine 1 lemon juice 1 red sweet pepper 2 tomatoes 1 tbsp olive oil 2/3 cup green peas, tinned a dollop of curry salt, ground black pepper to taste 1 1/2 cup double cooked rice

Directions: Salt shrimps and snails, pepper and cook through in butter.
Marinate mussels in white wine and lemon juice.
Cut sweet pepper into dices. Scald tomatoes, peel, slice the pulp and sauté with pepper in olive oil.
Mix prepared seafood and vegetables with rice, add green peas ,carry, salt, pepper, pour a dollop of water and cook through for 10 minutes.
When serving, season the dish with chopped greens.
