2-3 lb carrot
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
7 oz cooked sea kale
2-3 apples
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup sour cream
3-4 tbsp sugar
Directions:
Grate coarsely carrot, add sugar, hot water, oil and stew over law heat until carrot softens.

At the end of stewing add cooked kale, peeled and sliced apples and raisins. Cook the dish under a lid over law heat until apples soften.

When serving, pour the carrot with sour cream, dressed with sugar.
